Bill Ruebush

Bill E. “Rosebud” Ruebush AKA Sleeping Beauty, age 68, of  West Alexandria, OH passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH.  He was born June 4, 1953 in Montgomery County, OH to the late Kenneth Ruebush and Alice Ruebush. Bill retired from Eaton Producers where he worked in the livestock yards after many years. He was also a retired hay, grain and dairy/livestock farmer. Bill was always lending a helping hand and never knew a stranger. His kind heart and contagious laugh was the center of family gatherings. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 3 siblings; great-granddaughter Montana Rose Baker; nephew Aurel Collins Jr. He is survived by his wife of  43 years Margaret (Jordan) Ruebush; 3 daughters Kristina (Scott) Egbert, Amber (Jimmy) Kimball, Tammie Jo Ruebush; sister Connie (Aurel) Collins; brother-in-law Steven Jordan; 6 grandchildren Gregory, Alex, Christian, Mary Ann Egbert, Austin and Cheyenne Baker; nephew Mike (Deedra) Collins; several great-nieces and nephews; numerous friends including Jamie and Adam Beneke. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 4-6 pm at the Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, 67 West Dayton Street, West Alexandria, OH.  Memorial service will be held at 6 pm officiated by Kristen Zimmann.
