Carl Sizemore

Carl Sizemore, age 88, of West Alexandria, OH passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton.  He was born March 12, 1933 in Hazard, KY to the late Roy and Nollie Sizemore.  He enjoyed fishing, attending auctions and garage sales, and going to McDonald’s every morning to have coffee with his friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Frances Sizemore in 2004; son David Sizemore; infant daughter Elizabeth Sizemore; sister Jewel Ashley; and brother Leo Sizemore.  He is survived by his daughter Tina Stidham of West Alexandria; son Denny Sizemore of Eaton; grandchildren: Jeremy Sizemore, Jason (Melissa) Stidham, Jamie Stidham, Lindsey Suggs, Misty (Javon) Dotson, Daniel Sizemore; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother Lonnie (Barb) Sizemore of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 12:00 pm until time of funeral service at 2:00 pm at the Lindloff Zimmerman Funeral Home, 67 West Dayton Street, West Alexandria, OH.  Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in West Alexandria, OH.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.  Online condolence and other remembrances may be sent by visiting www.lindloffzimmerman.com.
