Carlene Ann Stegall, age 83, of Richmond, IN passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 at Reid Health in Richmond. She was born July 18, 1940 in Richmond to the late Carl Henry and Bessie Leona (Brown) Stegall. She retired from the Finance Systems in Richmond, IN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law Lee and Sandy Stegall; and nephew Jason Carl Stegall. She is survived by her niece Lori (Jonpaul) Grant of Franklin, IN and their children Madynn and Kohen; and great niece Charli Stegall. Private services.
