Connie J. Steinke

Connie J. Steinke, age 79, of Eaton, OH passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton. She was born December 12, 1938 in Eaton to the late Stanley and Rosella (Daniels) Morrow. She was a member of Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton and former member of St. Anne’s Sodality. Connie was also an avid quilter. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Dean E. Steinke, who passed away in 2016; sister Peggy O’Neal; and brothers Timmy and Donnie Morrow. She is survived by her son Darren Steinke of Eaton; daughter Deana (Dale) Vonderhaar of Eaton; grandchildren Derek (Cari) Vonderhaar and Dakota (Ross) Shepard both of Eaton; great grandchildren: Lane Vonderhaar, Gracie Vonderhaar and Savannah Shepard; sister Diane (Tom) Kline of Eaton; brothers Bill (Bev) Morrow of Florida, Ronnie Morrow of Camden and Gary Morrow of Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH.
