David Lee Phillips

David Lee Phillips, age 49, of Camden, OH passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Reid Hospital, Richmond, IN. He was born February 26, 1963 in Dayton, OH to the late Paul Edward and Norma (Stoner) Phillips. David was a 1981 graduate of Eaton High School. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Edward Phillips, Jr., Brian Keith Phillips and Gregory Scott Phillips. He is survived by his sister Mary (Don) Puckett of Camden, OH; brother Billy (Kandi) Allison of Brookville, OH; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH with Pastor William Puckett officiating.
