Dorothy Jean Fark

Dorothy Jean (Conard) Fark, age 93, of Eldorado, OH passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022 at her residence.  She was born June 13, 1929 in Waynesville, OH to the late Carl and Hazel (Griffy) Conard.  Dorothy graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in 1951 from The Ohio State University.  She married David Fark on August 31, 1951.  She retired from C.R. Coblentz/National Trail Schools, was an avid Ohio State and Cincinnati Reds fan; played softball for many years; was a member of the Senior Olympics; and she attended Eldorado Universalist Church in Eldorado.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David Fark; son Dean Fark; son-in-law Dale Limburg; and brother Charles Conard.  She is survived by her daughter Dawn Limburg of Eldorado; son Doug (Mary Ann) Fark of West Manchester; grandchildren: Dustin (Sarah) Limburg, Devin (Kendell) Limburg, Joshua (Beth) Day, Matthew Day (Rachel Lawson), Jonathan (Ashley) Day, Kaitlyn Pearson; 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special canine companion “Nova”.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Wares Chapel United Methodist Church, 1060 Foos Road, West Manchester, OH.  A private interment will take place at Wares Chapel Cemetery.  Gard Funeral Home, Eaton is assisting with arrangements.
