COOK, Earl Thomas, age 85 of West Alexandria, OH. died Thurs. Jan. 30, 2014. He was born in Central City, KY. on April 1, 1928 to Kenneth and Beulah (Thompson) Cook. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had served in Italy. Mr. Cook was a millwright for Union 1311 in Dayton, OH. He was a member of the James E. Ryan American Legion #322 and Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club. He is survived by 8 children, James (Mary) Cook, Richmond, IN., Beverly Cook, Dayton, OH., Robbie Cook, CA., Sally Clevenger, Lebanon, OH., Thomas (Sheila) Cook Erlanger, KY., Michael Cook, Earl Thomas Cook and Joshua Cook, all of West Alexandria, OH., 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a brother, Ed Cook, Dayton, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Geneva Cook, his daughter, Judy Cook, 2 brothers, James Cook, Jr. Cook, sisters, Margaret Doyle, Donnie Cook and granddaughter, Hope Cook.
