Eldon R. Fudge

Eldon R. Fudge, age 76, of Eaton, OH, passed away on Saturday, February 01, 2014 at his residence. He was born May 22, 1937 in Dayton to the late Herbert R. and Ordena L. Fudge. Eldon was a U.S. Army Veteran, who served with Company D, Second Armored Rifle Battalion, 41st Infantry. He was a lifetime member of the Greenville Farm Power of the Past; a member of the Southwestern Ohio Antique Power Association; and a member of the O.F.E.S. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Norma J. Fudge, who passed away on July 7, 2009; brother Norman Fudge; and stepson Rex Drew. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Morris and Elaine Fudge of Eaton, OH; sister Patty Fink of Eaton, OH; stepdaughters Rita (Steve) Neff of Wayne Lakes, OH and Jayna Roberts of Eldorado OH: stepson Jeff (Lisa) Drew of New Madison, OH; nephews Jim Fudge and Norman Ray Fudge; niece Bertha Kalil; and several great nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 from 11:30 am until time of funeral services at 1:30 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45420.
