Frances B. Evans

Frances B. Evans, age 90, of Eaton, OH passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Vancrest of Eaton Health Care Center.  She was born September 22, 1932 in Eubank, KY to the late Willie B. and Ina B. Young.  She worked at the K-mart store in Richmond for many years.  Frances enjoyed crocheting, cooking, word puzzles and spending time at the Senior Center.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Les Evans; daughter Deb Rhome; great grandson Jonathon Bell; brothers Paul, Ray and Larry Young; and sister Evelyn McCormick.  She is survived by her children: Carol (Glen) Thompson, Albert Reed, Doug Reed, Beverly Trichler, Gary Reed and Ron Reed; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; sister Louise (Charlie) Mobley; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am at Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 226 W.
