George J. "Joe" Shull

October 10, 1951 — February 4, 2021

George J. “Joe” Shull, age 69, of Eaton, OH passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH.  He was born October 10, 1951 in Hamilton, OH to the late George and Marie Shull.  Joe worked at L & M Products in Eaton; and participated in Special Olympics for many years.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his infant twin brother; sisters Carolyn Nanney and Sherry Shepherd; and nephew Daniel Lewis. He is survived by his sister Helen Lewis of Eaton, OH; nieces and nephews: Chrissy Hoskins, Matt Shepherd, Luke Shepherd, David Lewis, Donnie Lewis, Teddy Snyder, Jr., Terri Athley and Cathy Ayers; and numerous great nieces and nephews and cousins.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, OH.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, February 8, 2021 at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.  Online condolences and other remembrances may be sent to the family by visiting www.gsbfuneralhome.com.
