Howard F. Weatherly

Howard F. Weatherly, age 83, of Eaton, OH, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024. He was born July 13, 1941 in Castine, OH to the late Nelson E. and Zelma C. Weatherly. Howard graduated from Monroe High School. He retired in 1991 as a Highway Superintendent from the Preble County Highway Department. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sylvia Weatherly of Eaton; son Howard F. Weatherly Jr. of Eaton; daughter Trisha (Joe) Tobias of Eaton; grandchildren Josh Weatherly of Eaton, Jake Fisher Tobias of Eaton and Emma (Bryson) Padgett of Eaton; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH. Funeral service for Howard will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 10, 2024 also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton.
