Jack L. Brown

Jack L. Brown, age 92, of West Alexandria, OH passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at McCullough-Hyde Hospital in Oxford, OH.  He was born August 9, 1929 to the late Russell and Louise Brown.  Jack was a U.S. Army Veteran, who entered the service in 1950, graduated from artillery school and was stationed in Germany.  He was a longtime Preble County farmer; was tobacco buyer for the John Swisher Company; and was in the trucking business for many years.  He is survived by his sons Mickey (Suheyla) Brown of Beavercreek, Terry (LeAnne) Brown of Eaton and Dustin Keith of Gratis; and numerous cousins.  A graveside service will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, OH with officiating.  Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Eaton is assisting the family with arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the Honor Flight Program.  Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.gardfuneralhome.com.
