Jack G. King, age 80, of Eaton, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018 at the Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton. He was born June 6, 1937 to the late Jesse and Clara Pauline (Owens) King. Jack was a U.S. Army Veteran. He retired as a Tool and Die Maker from the Monsanto Company in Miamisburg. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Shirley K. King who passed away in 2010; and brothers Jerry, Joe and Jim King. He is survived by his daughters: Joni (David) Bradley of West Alexandria, Danielle King of Dayton and Patti (Mike) Young of Eaton; grandchildren Amanda, Justin, Samantha, Connor and Katelyn; great granddaughter Raegen; sisters Irma Pribble of Latonia, KY, Judy (Al) Hickey of New Lebanon and Rita Bellopatrick of Whitmore Lake, MI; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 11:00 am until time of funeral services at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Jonathan Grubbs officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
