Janet Marie Stover

Janet Marie Stover, age 83, of Eaton, OH passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton. She was born October 16, 1935 in West Manchester, OH to the late Roy and Marcella Cruze. She was a 1953 graduate of Monroe High School; worked at the Country Chicken Store for over 25 years; and was a member of the Rebekah Lodge since 1959. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son John Alvin; brothers: Denny, Robert, Jim, Rick, and David; and sisters: Patty, Joan, Peggy, Diane, and Shirley. She is survived by her husband John J. Stover of Eaton, whom she married December 17, 1955; sons Jed Albert & wife April of New Paris, Joe J. of Eaton, Jon Leroy & wife Gina of Eaton and Jason Duane and wife Kristina of Eaton; granddaughters: Kayli, Erica, Stephanie, Ashley, & Josie; grandsons: Michael & Cole; great grandchildren: Adrian, Hunter, Zayli, Delcie, Evan, and Brixton; brother Duane and wife Beverly of Eaton; sister-in-law Jeanette Cruze of Camden; several nephews, nieces, and cousins; best friends Myrna Myers, David and Sherry Bell and many other special friends. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 12:00 noon at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home at 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH.
