Jean E. Thornburg

Jean E. Thornburg, age 96, of Centerville, OH and formerly Eaton, OH passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10 Wilmington Place Retirement Community.  She was born August 21, 1924 in Adams County, IN to the late Edwin and Miriam (Thomas) Boese.  She was a resident of Preble County for 63 years.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Adolphus C. Thornburg.  She is survived by her son Jack Thornburg of Centerville, OH; daughter Barbara Jay of Salt Lake City, Utah; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. There will be no visitation or memorial service held.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH.
