Joan Elizabeth Bradley

Joan Elizabeth Bradley, age 92, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away on Sunday, August 18th, 2024 at her home. Joan was born on October 26th, 1931 in Dayton, OH to the late William Shelton and Macy (Grayson) Adams. Joan enjoyed “girl’s days” with her daughters, doing puzzles, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Annarae Morgan; three sisters, Dorothy Stringer, Dean Doggett, and Billie Robinson; and one brother, Eddie Adams. Joan is survived by five children, Rick (Cindy) Woods of West Alexandria, OH, Macy (Darrell) Brock of West Alexandria, OH, Billie (Rick) Wood of Eaton, OH, Peggy (Brian) Preston of Eaton, OH, and David (Joni) Bradley of West Alexandria, OH; fourteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Becke Jackson and Bobbi (Michael) Closser; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A visitation for Joan will be held on Thursday, August 29th at Gard Funeral Home, 226 W. Main St, Eaton, OH 45320 from noon until the time of the funeral service at 1 pm. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in West Alexandria, OH. Memorial Contributions may be sent to Hospice of Dayton.
