Judith Ann Bell

Judith Ann (Richardson) Bell, age 67, of Eaton, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Reid Hospital, Richmond, IN. She was born March 25, 1946 in Indianapolis, IN. She married the love of her life, Edward Alan Bell, on August 6, 1967. She worked as a clerk-typist and teachers aide until the birth of her first child and then devoted herself to being a full-time homemaker. She was a member of the The Church of Christ in Eaton and for many years taught Sunday School, Wee Worship, youth groups, and VBS; and served as past president of the CWW. She enjoyed baking, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren. As the nest emptied, she served as official scorer for National Trail home track and cross country meets. Her mother Frances Durnil Richardson Roth preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband of 46 years; their children James (Kendra) of Reynoldsburg, Emily of Greenville, Matthew (Heather) of West Carrollton, and Daniel of Grayson, KY; and grandchildren Khaylyn, Connor, Corinne, Logan, Shayla, Owen, and Nathan. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at The Church of Christ, 725 U.S. Route 35 West, Eaton, OH 45320 with Paul Nichols officiating. Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. Visitation will be held from 7-9 pm on Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH and one hour prior to services on Saturday at the church.
