Kathy Ann Combs

Kathy Ann Combs, age 53 of Fairhaven, OH, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her father John R. Quigley; and brother Robby Wayne Quigley. She is survived by her mother Mary L. (Sizemore) Quigley; sons James Quigley, Douglas Baker and Dexter Baker; stepchildren Jennifer and Michael Baker; brother Arthur Quigley; and several nieces and nephews.
