Kathy J. Ratliff

Kathy J. Ratliff, age 65, of Germantown, OH passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. She was born December 15, 1956 in Dayton, OH to the late Ronald E. and Marjorie E. (Rike) Cottrell Sr. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother Ronald E. Cottrell Jr.; and sister Sandy Sullivan. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Wayne Ratliff of Germantown, OH; brother Darrell (Kathleen) Cottrell of Troy, OH; sisters Teresa Anderson of Cincinnati, OH and Debbie Larison of Reno, NV; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Preble County.
