Laura Alice Baker

Laura Alice Baker, age 74, of Eaton, OH, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021 at the Vancrest Health Care Center. She was born September 25, 1946 in Dayton, OH to the late William and Mary Weimer. She was a long-time employee of Browning and she also worked at Neaton Auto Products for several years.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Richard & Walt Weimer. She is survived by her daughters Lisa (Jan) Culverhouse of Eaton, OH and Danielle (Levi) Snowden of Liberty Township, OH; son Scott (Kimberly) Campbell of Van Wert, OH; sisters Ruth Ann DeWitt, Donna (Jim) Spencer, Marilyn (Jack) Frost; brothers Floyd, David, Wendell, Steve, Albert (Jane), Ralph (Maxine) Weimer. As well as 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Laura enjoyed listening to music, reading and walking outdoors. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 1:00 pm until time of funeral services at 3:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH. Laura’s wish was to be cremated after her services.
