LeRoy O. Berry

LeRoy O. Berry, age 76, of Eaton, OH passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the New Lebanon Care Center. He was born August 2, 1936 in West Alexandria to the late Walter and Mabel (Baker) Berry. LeRoy was a graduate of Lanier High School. He retired from Parker-Hannifin Corporation after 40 years of employment. He attended the First Baptist Church in Eaton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty Berry of Eaton; son and daughter-in-law Stephen and Sarah Berry of Cypress, TX; daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Patrick Gerwe of Cincinnati, OH; brother and sister-in-law Hervey and Helen Berry of West Alexandria, OH; sisters Lou Belle Cunningham and Mary Miller both of Eaton; sister-in-law Marie Berry of Dayton; and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 12:00 noon until time of funeral services at 1:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Rev. Fred Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH.
