Lois Jean Wiley

Lois Jean Wiley, age 91, of New Paris, OH, passed away on Monday, August 26th, 2024 at her home. Lois was born on October 22nd, 1932 in New Madison, OH to the late Harold C. and Eugenia F. (Drew) Falknor. Lois was a hairdresser for many years, owning and operating the “Curl and Swirl” in New Paris, OH for many years. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Eaton, OH. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Wiley in 2020; son Ronnie Wiley; grandchildren, Brandon and Justin Peters and Olive Clark; and infant brother Jackie Falknor. She is survived by daughters Nancy (Bobby) Crye of Eaton, OH, Scherie (Robert) Peters of Eaton, OH, and Sandra (Tony) Collett of New Paris, OH; grandchildren, Lisa (Roger) Young, Chandra (Brad) Ishii, Kelly Peters, Jason Peters, Zachary Sells, and Jeremiah Sells; great-grandchildren Kaleb Sells and Landen Peters; numerous great-great-grandchildren; brother Marlin (Linda) Falknor of New Madison, OH; and sisters Joan (Ben) Gary of New Madison, OH and Joyce (Ronnie) King of Eaton, OH; as well as numerous friends. A private graveside service will be held at Greenmound Cemetery in New Madison, OH at the convenience of the family. The family is being served by Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Eaton, OH.
