Luella Dean Swank

Luella D. Swank, age 91, of Greenville, OH, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater, OH.  She was born August 10, 1931 in Darke County, OH to the late Alva A. and Margurette E. Subler.  Luella graduated from Jackson High School; retired from the Honeywell Corporation (formerly FRAM) in Greenville; was a longtime Darke County farmer; and was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church of Rossburg, OH and Ansonia Christian Church, Ansonia, OH.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Wayne Swank; and daughter-in-law Carla Swank.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Linda and Jerry Lyons of Union City, OH; son Randy Swank of Greenville, OH; grandchildren: Dr. Sheena Lyons of Charlotte, NC, Dusty (Jamie) Lyons of Greenville, OH, Kelsey (Chase) Barga of Greenville, OH and Jordy Swank of Greenville, OH; great grandchildren Eisley and Easton Barga both of Greenville, OH, Jackson, Dean and Marley Pettus all of Charlotte, NC, and Adalyn Lyons of Greenville, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
