James Michael "Luke" Goecke

James Michael "Luke" Goecke, age 30, of Farmersville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022. He was born November 20, 1991 in Dayton, OH son of James Goecke and Lisa Krull.

He was a loving son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, and friend. Luke was a graduate of Twin Valley South class of 2010. He worked at Goe-Tile with his father, Jim Goecke. Luke will be remembered by all who knew him for his quick wit and questionable humor. 

Luke was preceded in death by his brother, Jacob Goecke. 

He is survived by his mother Lisa (Tim) Krull of Eaton; father James Goecke of Farmersville; sister Katie Thompson of Connecticut; brother Cory (Andrea) Thompson of West Alexandria; sister Hannah (Anthony) Carozza of West Alexandria; sister Emily (David) Patrick of Camden; paternal grandparents James Goecke of Dayton and Kay Harris of Middletown; uncle, Rob (Linda) Goecke of New Lebanon; aunts, Amy Goecke of Miamisburg, Jennifer (Pat) Boston of Arcanum, Molly Goecke of California; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon at Gard Funeral Home (formerly Lindloff -Zimmerman), 67 West Dayton Street, West Alexandria, OH. 

Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in West Alexandria.
