Lynette V. Dershem

Lynette V. Dershem, age 67, of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly on Friday, August 28, 2015. She was born September 5, 1947 in Piqua, OH to Betty L. (Maier) Dershem and the late Glenn W. Bill Dershem. Lynn was a 1965 graduate of Eaton High School and a 1968 graduate of Springfield Community Hospital School of Nursing; she was a Registered Nurse for many years at Grandview Hospital, retiring in 2008; and she was a loyal and faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church in Eaton. She is survived by her mother Betty L. Dershem of Eaton, OH; brother Max Dershem of Racine, WI; sister Tanitha Brewington of Bowling Green, KY; niece Elizabeth (S. Ryan) Faught of Owensboro, KY; aunts Janet Woltz of Cambridge, OH and Ruth (Kermit) Puterbaugh of Greenville, OH; uncle Lewis (Marilyn) Dershem of Richmond, IN; special friends Marilyn and Jim Brenn of Eaton, OH; numerous cousins; and her beloved pets Holly and Ginger . Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 10:00 am until time of memorial services at 11:00 am at the Grace Lutheran Church, 111 Lutheran Drive, Eaton, OH 45320 with Pastor Warren Reichert officiating. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church.
