Marion Mark Denlinger, son of Millard M. and Orpha Denlinger, was born January 7, 1934. He departed this life on December 11, 2024 at Reid Health in Richmond, IN. He was a member of the Old German Baptist Brethren Church and remained faithful until the end of his earthly life. On April 13, 1957 Marion was united in marriage to Mildred Irene Flora. They moved several times over the years and settled on the present farm near New Paris, Ohio in 1974. Marion was also a lifelong grain and livestock farmer. He is survived by his 4 sons, Mark (Nancy), Jay (Esther), Darryl (Gloria), Brian (Susan); 1 daughter, Brenda (Duane) Lesher; 28 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; sisters Reta (Everett) Lavy, Donna Williamson, Lena (Darrell) Bower and Martha Brubaker; brother Tom Denlinger; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred; 1 son, Marlin Ray; 2 grandsons, Curtis Allen, Jamin Ray; brother and sister-in-law Charles and Elizabeth Denlinger; brothers-in-law Jerry Williamson and Ralph Brubaker; and sister-in-law Judy Denlinger. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Prices Creek Old German Baptist Brethren Church, Eldorado, OH. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the church. Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
