Mark E. Garrett, age 63, of Eaton, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born October 15, 1954 in Middletown to the late Clark and Mary Garrett. Mark was a U.S. Army Veteran; he enjoyed fishing and hunting; and loved going to auctions and flea markets and was an avid collector of vintage and antique collectibles. He is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Vicky Garrett of Eaton; daughters Bridget (Scott) Hacker of Camden and Brandy Garrett of Cambridge City, IN; sons Jamie (Leigh) Garrett and Levi Garrett both of Eaton; grandchildren: Alec Hacker, Devon Hacker, Hunter Sohl, Tylor Garrett, Ashleigh, Ricky and Josie Mondello-Garrett and Erica Garrett; sister Maribeth Garrett of Camden; brothers Tim Garrett of Gratis and Nacomas Garrett of Camden; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 18, 2018 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton with Pastor Fred Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden with military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard.
