Marsha S. Reid

Marsha S. Reid, age 76, of New Paris, OH passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton.  She was born May 5, 1948 in Glendale, CA to the late Lloyd E. Sr and Bonna J. (Melton) McNutt.  Marsha retired as a customer service representative for Pacific Bell; enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and their friends; and cherished her friendship with Debbie and Tina at their apartment complex.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Jim Reid.  She is survived by her daughter Amy (Robert) Downie of New Paris; grandchildren Bradley, Blake, Charlotte and Benjamin; brother Lloyd (Debra) McNutt of Mt. Orab, OH; nieces Stephanie McNutt and Kirsten McNutt; nephew Tyler (Elizabeth) McNutt; numerous great nieces and nephews; and special friends, Debbie, Tina and Jo Ellen along with many other friends.  At Marsha’s request, no services.  Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Eaton is assisting with arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Dayton of Northwest Fire and Rescue.  Online condolences and other remembrances may be sent to the family by visiting www.gardfuneralhome.com.
