Marshall J. Stikeleather

Marshall J. Stikeleather, Sr., age 91, of Lewisburg, OH, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Reid Hospital, Richmond, IN. He was born April 28, 1922 in Richmond, IN to the late Leroy and Dorothy (McKinley) Stikeleather. He was a member of the Moose Lodge of Richmond, IN, Eagles Lodge of Greenville, OH and the United Ancient Order of Druids of Richmond, IN. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Viola Mae Stikeleather, who passed away February 8, 1986, longtime companion Mabel Landis, who passed away June 30, 2013; infant son David Wayne Stikeleather; daughter Carolyn Siler; daughter Connie Hensel; son Ronald Stikeleather; and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son Marshall J. (Rosemary) Stikeleather, Jr. of Arcanum, OH; daughter Shirley (Robert) Caldwell of Greenville, OH; grandchildren Robin Parent of Greenville, Keith (Jana) Stikeleather of Camden, Chris (Melanie) Stikeleather of Greenville, Derek Armstrong, David Hensel of Camden, Jennifer McHargue of Lewisburg, Misty (David) Brummett of Michigan, Jamie (Bryan) Vickery of Indianapolis, Brittany Stikeleather of Winchester, IN and Michelle (Brad) Willingham of Winchester, IN; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, July 29, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH.
