Mary Loy

LOY, Mary L., age 86, of Eaton, OH. died Thurs. Aug. 12, 2010 in Eaton.  She was born in Montgomery County, OH. on Sept. 22, 1923 to Russell and Agnes (Ulrich) Woodard.  She had worked for United Telephone Co. for 20 years, retiring in 1979.  She was a member a Salem Lutheran Church, West Alexandria, OH.  She had a passion for her collection of cardinals.  She is survived by her husband, Charles Loy,  daughter, Loretta (Bob) Turpin, Eaton, OH. and son, Charles E. (Mary) Loy, CO., her sister, Sue (Don) Combs, Gratis, OH., 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Harold "Butch" Woodard and sister, Kathryn Wysong.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tues. Aug. 17, 2010 at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home in West Alexandria, OH.  Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Tues. from 12:00 P.M. until time of service at 2:00 P.M.  Donations may be made to Salem Lutheran Church.  For condolences go to: www.lindloffzimmerman.com
