Michael A. Subler, age 50, of Englewood, OH and formerly of Brookville, OH passed away Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, OH. He was born November 12, 1961 in Greenville, OH to Billy and Catherine (Herrmann) Subler. Mike was a 1980 graduate of Northmont High School and was employed for almost 30 years with the Kroger Company in Englewood, OH. He was formerly active with the Boys Scouts Troop #463; member of the Shand Pebbles Encore Singing Group; member of the Barbershop Acappella Group, Dayton, OH; and formerly a member of the Miami Valley Shooting Rifle Team. He was presently a member of the Amputees in Motion (A.I.M.) of Darke County, OH. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Alva and Margurette (Sebring) Subler and maternal grandparents John and Leona (Linnane) Herrmann. He is survived by parents Billy and Catherine (Herrmann) Subler of Englewood, OH; sister Alice Fitzwater of Englewood, OH; nephews Jessey Fitzwater and Jacob Fitzwater; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1000 West Wenger Road, Englewood, OH 45322 with a reception to follow at the church.
