Nancy Buckingham

BUCKINGHAM, Nancy, age 84, of Dayton, OH. passed away Mon. Feb. 6, 2017.  She was a graduate of the former Lanier High School of Preble County.  She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Buckingham in 2010.  She was a former member of Happy Corner Church in Englewood, OH.  She is survived by her two daughters, Bonnie (Steven) Kitchens, Kettering, OH., Barbara Buckingham, Indianapolis, IN., 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Neva Jo Moses, Dayton, OH., Beth (Jim) Gates, Surprise, AZ., brother John “Jack” Eby, Eaton, OH., nieces and nephews. Also deceased were her parents, Vernie and Ruth (Pottenger) Eby, a daughter, Cheryl Buckingham and a sister, Helen Cohee.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M.  Sat. Feb. 11, 2017 at the Grand Room,  Bethany Lutheran Village, 6443 Far Hills, Dayton, OH.  Friends may call at Bethany from 10:00 A.M. until time of the funeral at 11:00 A.M.  Burial will be held in West Alexandria, OH. at Fairview Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. Saturday. Donations may be made to Breast Cancer Research, Hospice of Dayton or Bethany Lutheran Village.  Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, West Alexandria, OH. is in charge of arrangements.
