Peyton L. Shillingburg

Peyton L. Shillingburg, age 20, of Eaton, OH passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 16, 2023.  He was born May 20, 2003 in Dayton, OH.  He was a 2021 graduate of Eaton High School.  He was an HVAC Technician and Installer for All Around HVAC.  Peyton was an avid sports fan; he enjoyed motorcycles and fishing; spending time with family and most of all being a dad to Oaklynn.  He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother Marjorie Shillingburg; and his great aunt Patricia Fourman.  He is survived by his daughter Oaklynn Shillingburg (Samantha Gregg); mother and stepfather Sarah and Landon Brockman; father Garett Shillingburg (Kelly Ostrander); maternal grandparents Doug and Becky Morin; paternal grandfather Gary Shillingburg (Scott Manley); step grandparents Vic and Pam Brockman; siblings Brandon Brockman, Madison Miller, Tyler Shillingburg, Calvin Brockman, and Daxton Brockman; uncles Jason (Ashley) Shillingburg, John (Alicia) Morin, Easton (Annie) Brockman; niece Everlee; cousins: Brayden, Hailey, Madison and Austin; and numerous other family members.  Visitation will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH.  Funeral service for Peyton will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, OH.  Memorial contributions may be sent to The Oaklynn Shillingburg Education Fund by using the following link: http://spot.fund/26hhjsc .
