Phyliss F. Jones

Phyliss F. Jones, 89, of Eaton, OH and formerly of Palm Desert, CA, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Reid Hospital, Richmond, IN. She was born in Clinton, MA to the late Stanley and Mary. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau Int.; member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Gamma Alpha Chapter; member of the V.F.W. Womens Auxiliary Post #3699; she was professor of Nursing at College of the Desert; and was a member of Visitation Catholic Church, Eaton and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Palm Desert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard E. Jones; 5 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by her daughter Barbara McNeal and companion Nelson Yates of Eaton, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at the Visitation Catholic Church, 407 East Main Street, Eaton, OH.
