Phyllis Ann Sutphin

Phyllis Ann Sutphin, age 78, of Eaton, OH and formerly Cleveland, TN and Monroe, MI, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at her daughter’s home with her family by her side.  She was born May 5, 1944 in Middlesboro, KY.  Phyllis dearly loved her family and serving the Lord at numerous communities she and her husband resided, including Stewart Road Church of God in Monroe, MI, and later retiring in Cleveland, TN.   She was preceded in death by her parents Georgia and T.J. Lambert.  She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Daniel Sutphin of Eaton; daughters Leah (David) Engle of Eaton and Susan (Scott) Swain of Winterville, GA; grandchildren Brittany (Brian), Morgan, Phillip (Sarah), Blake, James (Brooke), Kris, Heaven (Shayne), Lacey, Londyn and Landyn; 9 great grandchildren; brothers Larry (Sandy) Lambert and Rev. Jeff (Tammy) Lambert; sisters Judy (Rev. Earl) Stinson, Linda (Bob) Haynes and Brenda (Carl) Vloch; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Family and friends will be received on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 3:00 pm until Celebration of Life Service at 4:00 pm at Miamisburg Assembly of God, 501 N. 9th Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342 with Rev.
