Phyllis Carol Werts

Phyllis Carol Werts, age 83, of Eaton, OH passed away Monday, March 4, 2013 at Reid Hospital, Richmond, IN. She was born September 27, 1929 in Darke County, OH to the late Lloyd Oaklawn and Blanche R. (Bush) Sarver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Elber Werts, who passed away April 18, 1988; son Terry Werts; sister June Walker; and brothers Charles Sarver and Gene Sarver. She is survived by her son Stephen (Beth) Werts of Eaton, OH; daughter Linda (Jerry) Otherson of Eaton, OH; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; sister Norma Wall of Melbourne, FL; brother Dale Sarver of Medway, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
