Reuben Henry Steele

Uncle Reuben Henry Steele, age 64, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away on Sunday, June 09, 2013 at Ohio State University Hospital. He was born December 10, 1948 in Richmond, IN to the late Everette and Sadie (McDaniel) Steele. He retired from Dayton Newspaper, Inc. after years of employment. He loved his family and enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, and carpentry building. He is survived by his wife Janet Carolyn (Gallant) Steele of West Alexandria; son and daughter-in-law Scott and Sarah Steele of Franklin, IN; Brothers Everette (Sandy) Steele of Richmond, IN, John (Brenda) Steele of Dumas, ARK, Craig Gallant of Kettering, OH; Sister Irene (Elroy) Johnson of Richmond, IN; nieces Lada Gallant, Anton Yushanov, Grace Gallant, Ashley Steelman and many other nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday, June 14, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH. Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday June 22, 2013 at Preble Memory Gardens West Alexandria, OH.
