Richard H. "Rick" Vennemeyer

Richard H. “Rick” Vennemeyer, age 53, of Cincinnati, OH tragically passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 from the result of a bicycle accident. He was born October 6, 1967 in Cincinnati, OH to Harry O. Vennemeyer and Patricia A. Doolan. Rick enjoyed biking through the city of Cincinnati including various parks, capturing pictures of art murals, beautiful flowers, unique architecture and the beautiful views of the city. He was preceded in death by his father Harry O. Vennemeyer; grandparents Alois & Anna Vennemeyer; grandfather Russell Miller; and uncle Daryll Miller. He is survived by his mother Patricia & step father Herbert Doolan; son Richard Vennemeyer Jr.; daughter Courtney Ann “Cookie” & son-in-law Scott Emerson; grandchildren Adalynn, Easton and Willow; brother Robert & sister-in-law Luella Vennemeyer; sister Angela & brother-in-law Ron Gard; grandmother Virginia M. Miller; niece Jessie and her husband Mario Arbino; nephews Raymond & Hunter Vennemeyer and Seth, Nathan and Bradley Gard; uncle Ralph & Llona Vennemeyer; uncles Dennis & Danny Miller; and cousins Cheryl, Tina, Carley, Cherie, Kimberly, Denny Jo, Dennis Jr. and Jacob. Rick was loving and thoughtful; whatever his circumstances, he always remembered to call on birthdays and holidays. More importantly, Rick will be missed and remembered for his huge heart and capacity of love for everyone. Rick’s celebration of life will be held at Pat & Herb’s.
