Richard C. Parks, age 63, of Eaton, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at his residence. He was born October 24, 1950 in Richmond. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Patricia Parks of Eaton; son Michael Parks of Cincinnati; and brother Morris (Leona) Parks of Eaton. Preceded in death by his father Leon Parks and mother Grace Darr. No Visitation. A private graveside service at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton will be held at the convenience of the family and will be presided by Rev. Lowell Spencer. Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton is assisting the family with arrangements.
