Robert L. Johnson

Robert L. Johnson, age 76, of Eaton, OH, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton.  He was born April 25, 1944 in Dayton, TN to the late Fred and Merle Johnson.  He was a U.S. Navy Veteran.  He worked at Parker-Hannifin for 14 years in Eaton and later retired from Delphi (General Motors) in Kettering after 28 years of employment.  He was member of the American Legion Post #215, Eaton and Gratis F.O.E. #4289.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Pat Johnson of Eaton; son Rob Johnson of Eaton; son Christopher (Tessa) Johnson of Middletown; daughter Sharesa (Todd) Braden of West Alexandria; son Scott (Rhonda) Johnson of West Alexandria; grandchildren: Kyle Johnson, Pete Johnson, Corey Johnson, Tara (Josh) Morgerson, Dillon Kunkle, Erika Dillhoff (Colt Agnew), Luke Dillhoff, Matt (Kelsey) Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Madison Johnson; 8 great grandchildren; and brother Billy Johnson (Pat Adkins) of West Alexandria.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 11:00 am until time of funeral services at 1:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Rev. Lowell Spencer officiating.  Burial will follow at Preble Memory Gardens in West Alexandria, OH.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Dayton.
