Rodney A. Greene

Rodney A. Greene, age 53, of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 8, 2014. He was born September 19, 1961 in Dayton, OH. Rodney was an employee at Neaton Auto Products of Eaton, OH for the last 16 years. He was preceded in death by his father Coy Greene. He is survived by his mother Winifred Swab of Germantown, OH; wife of 10 years, Cindy L. Greene of Eaton, OH; sons Benjamin (Brittany) Lawson of Franklin, OH and Wesley Stapleton of Cincinnati, OH; stepdaughter Jennifer Othersen of Dayton, OH; stepson Travis McMurray of West Alexandria, OH; grandchildren Benjamin Lawson Jr., Kateland Lawson, Hunter Lawson and Matthew Marshall; brother Kevin Greene of Miamisburg, OH; sister Michelle (Scott) Lawson of Germantown, OH; brother Byron (Jannelle) Swab of Beavercreek, OH; best friend Johnny Stone of Germantown, OH; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Stephen Spurgin officiating. Burial will be at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 13, 2014 and one hour prior to services on Friday all at the funeral home.
