Ruby G. Rice

Ruby G. Rice, age 95, of Camden, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born February 1, 1920 in Jackson County, KY to the late C.W and Elva VanWinkle. Ruby was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Camden. She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Rice, who passed away in 1985; five siblings; grandson Denny; great grandchildren Brandon and Kenzie; and son-in-law George Evans. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Denver and Kay Rice; daughter Lois Evans; grandchildren: Kandi, Tawny, Shawn, Bob, Lynn, Marlon and Carmen; great grandchildren: Alex, Aaron, Andrew, Riley, Caitlyn, Morgan, Matt, Rachel, Austin, Jessika, Kody and Kayla; 12 great great grandchildren; four siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 10:00 am until of funeral services at 11:30 am at the First Southern Baptist Church, 35 N. Liberty St., Camden, OH with Trevor Bridgeford officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, OH. Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH is assisting with arrangements. Memorial Contributions may be sent to the church.
