Snoba Ann Rimer

Snoba Ann Rimer, age 80, of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 13, 2018. She was born April 23, 1938, in White Oak, KY to the late Cortis and Mary Clay (Griffitts) Lykins. Snoba retired after 30 years of employment from the Hewitt Soap Company in Dayton. She enjoyed gardening and flowers. She also was a faithful servant to the Lord and had a loving and giving heart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Glen W. Rimer and her sister, Glenda Humble. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Haney of Eaton, OH; brothers Curtis (Rose Mary) Lykins of Lewisburg, OH, and Gary (Sue) Lykins of White Oak, KY; special nephews Keith (Paula) Humble of West Liberty, KY, and Tim Humble of Cadiz City, KY; special niece Robin Spurlock of Morehead, KY; and many other loving nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018, from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH, with Paul Nichols officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
