Terry Leroy Pullon

Terry Leroy Pullon, 73, unexpectedly passed away on February 15, 2025, at his home in Eaton, Ohio. Born on July 24, 1951, in Richmond, Indiana, Terry lived a life filled with music, family, and a deep love for animals.

A 1969 graduate of Richmond Senior High School, Terry dedicated much of his career to Wayne Corporation, where he worked for over 20 years before finishing his professional journey at Excel until retirement. His strong work ethic and commitment to his craft left a lasting impression on colleagues and friends alike.

Music was a lifelong passion for Terry. He had a deep appreciation for country and oldies music and shared his talent as a bass player and vocalist. For many years, he performed with the band Horizon before continuing their musical journey at the Jamboree in New Paris, OH. His love for performing brought joy to many and created cherished memories for those who had the pleasure of hearing him play.

Beyond music, Terry had a special bond with animals. He raised Dobermans for many years before developing an enduring love for Rottweilers. Among them, Brutus held a particularly special place in his heart—a true companion and best friend.

Terry is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Charlotte Pullon; son Jim Pullon; stepchildren Mark (Melanie) Zovak and Melissa (Paul) Fraley; daughter in law Melisa Zovak; grandchildren Isabelle Pullon, Victoria Pullon, Kaylee (Rosie) Zeilner, Madalyn Spencer, Kera Spencer, Lari Bohannon, Bre Padgett, Ronald Fraley, Crystal (Dallin) Jorgensen, Jasmine Dotson, Brett Dotson, Jolissa Zovak, Quinton Zovak, Johnathan Zovak, Ryan, Brady Sarver, Clayton Adkins, Blake Adkins; as well as several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Cecil Pullon Jr.; son Jason Pullon; and stepson John Zovak.

Terry’s memory will live on through the music he played, the love he shared with family and friends, and the devotion he had to his four-legged companions. May their legacy bring comfort to those who knew them.
