Thomas Campbell Jones, age 53, of Dayton, OH and formerly of Camden, OH, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, OH. He was born January 9, 1959 in Seoul, South Korea. He left us too early, but we know he’s been re-united with his twin, Timothy Campbell Jones, after over 50 years of separation. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran; was a member of the Sugar Valley United Methodist Church; worked in the restaurant business for many years; and more recently worked for the St. Vincent de Paul Homeless Shelter/Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio. In addition to his twin brother, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Jamie Jones. Tom was the son of Lewis (Margaret) Jones and Joann (Bev Brubaker) Campbell Jones. He is also survived by his siblings: Mark (Connie) Jones, Kimberly Tufts, Tamara (Paul) Mullinix, Anthony (Cliff Schrock) Jones, Joseph Jones, Jennifer (Elisa Malin) Jones, Julie Horstman, Jessica Jones and Jacqueline (Brian) Wright; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Sunday, November 25, 2012 from 2:00 pm until time of funeral services at 4:00 pm at the Sugar Valley United Methodist Church, 3022 Camden Sugar Valley Road, Eaton, OH. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
