Timothy "Tim" J. Snyder

Timothy “Tim” Snyder, age 69 of Eaton, OH passed away peacefully at his residence with his family by his side on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. He was born May 16, 1954 in Dayton, OH son of George and Wilda Snyder. Tim, known as “Sug” to his beloved family, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Tim was a lifetime member of the Whitetails Unlimited and the NRA. He belonged to the Carpenters Local 136 and Laborers Union, both of Dayton, OH. He enjoyed riding his Harley and most importantly spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Tim was preceded in death by his father, George Snyder; and brothers, Kevin Snyder and Gale Snyder; and his fur babies, Dudley, Buster, Hogan, and Toby. He is survived by his wife, Anita “Sugee” Snyder; children, James “Cynthia” Snyder, Jennifer “Chris” Hobbs; grandchildren, Tyler, Abigail, Kelsey, Tanner, Bethany, Trevor, and Charlotte; brother, Rory Snyder; as well as numerous other family members and friends. Gard Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family.
