Verle Copp

COPP, Verle, age 98, of Eaton, OH. died Wed. Aug. 19, 2015 in Eaton. She was born in Hamilton, OH. on April 9, 1917 to Joseph and Caroline (Nuesch) Beaver. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Heidelberg college. She worked as an Jr. high school teacher for many years in Liberty Township and Roosevelt Schools, Hamilton, Lewisburg and West Alexandria Schools. She was a member of St. John Church in West Alexandria, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Copp and daughter, Susan Thompson. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Dean) Bishop, Vermont, 4 grandchildren, Lori Hall, Gahanna, Ohio., Rick (Edyta) Hall, Huntsville, Alabama, Amy (Rickey) Napier, Eaton, Ohio., Jason (Alicia) Bishop  and 4 great grandchildren, Mallory and Haley Napier and Ricky and Alex Hall, her son-in-law Jerry Thompson, Burnside, KY. She was also preceded in death by her 3 brothers, Fred Beaver, Gordon Beaver and Pierce Beaver. Funeral services will be held 11:30 A.M. Tues. Sept 1, 2015 at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, West Alexandria, OH. with Rev. Ron Dafler officiating. Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH.
