FULMER, William Jr., age 85 of Fairborn, OH. died Thurs. Jan. 14, 2016 in Cleveland. He was born in Philadelphia, PA. On Nov. 21, 1930 to William and Emma (Wardwell) Fulmer Sr. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and he worked as a Computer Systems Specialist for the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Rona Community Church in Fairborn. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy E. Fulmer, Fairborn, OH., son, William (Marisa) Fulmer III of Dayton, OH., stepsons, Richard Allan (Anne) Vance, Napa, CA., Ronald Eugene Vance, Hyrun, Utah, 2 grandsons, Graham K. (Taylor) Kingston-Fulmer and Caiden K. Fulmer, great grandson, Harvey Kingston-Fulmer, 3 sisters, Marjorie Fulmer, Sandra Fulmer, both of Mechanicsburg, PA., and Pam Corsorti, PA. , nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters, Emma Green and Mary Kase. Funeral services will be held 1:00PM, Wed. Jan 20, 2016 at Rona Community Church, 1082 Rona Parkway, Fairborn, OH. with Rev Dr. Jim Smith officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, OH.
