About Us

Ron grew up in neighboring Darke County near Ansonia and after high school earned his bachelor of mortuary science degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1993. Ron then spent the next 10 years working in the greater Cincinnati area as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. The experience gained during these ten years remains priceless. In 2004, Ron chose to recapture his roots in a small town and moved with his family to Eaton, OH. He joined Don and Becky Boucher as a licensed embalmer and funeral director. He is married to Angie and they have three sons, Seth age 8, Nathan age 6, and Bradley age 4. In 2007 Ron and Angie purchased the funeral home from the Boucher’s. They intend to operate the funeral home in the same professional manner that Don and Becky had done for many years. Ron is very active in the community, coaching youth sports teams that his children participate in, vice-president of the Eaton Lions Club, member of the Eaton-Preble County Chamber of Commerce, attends the St. Paul United Methodist Church, is a volunteer with the GiveBack America Committee assisting in the Fourth of July celebration and a member of the Civil Service Board for the City of Eaton. Professionally, Ron is a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, Ohio Funeral Directors Association, and the Ohio Embalmers Association. In his spare time, he enjoys many outdoor activities and most importantly spending time with his family.

Angie earned an associate of business degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. She assists Ron with the daily operation of the funeral home. She is currently vice-president of the Hollingsworth East PTA, attends St. Paul United Methodist Church and remains very busy being a “mom” to three boys.
